The 2 Temminck's Stint (poor image below) remain from yesterday, today they are showing from Ron Barker hide with 11 Ringed Plover and 1 Dunlin and by late afternoon the stints were joined by a 3rd Temminck's Stint! The 2 Wood Sandpipers are also still from United Utilities hide, also a single Ruff.
A Cuckoo over the Mere was a good sighting of this declining species and a group of 3 Common Tern were seen from Ron Barker this morning.
A Barn Owl was seen early morning near the Reedbed walk, this same bird has given excellent views at times from UU hide.
