Warm in the sun..
Warm in the sun, cool in the hides. Plenty of spring-like action with Ringed Plover, Lapwing and Skylark all display flying this morning.
Two Med Gull, a breeding plumage adult and a 2nd winter bird associating with Black-headed Gulls. Also present a few Common Gull and a pair each of Lesser and Greater Black-backed Gulls.
Fourty four Avocet mostly from the Ron Barker Hide. Still 70+ Ruff, 40+ Oystercatcher and 4 Black-tailed Godwit.
Two Raven again, 4+ Common Buzzard, Peregrine, Kestrel and Sparrowhawk.
Brambling again by Janet Kear and Kingfisher Hides.
