What is aromatherapy? Aromatherapy is the practice of using aromatic plant extracts such as essential oils, aromatic waters and therapeutic oils to improve well being. This might be through massage, skincare products or inhalation. Aromatherapy is thought to work on a physical and emotional level and is considered a branch of herbalism.
