Daytime Private Reserve Tour

May to September, subject to availability

Discover a new side to the Slimbridge reserve. Make use of our professional guide to improve your birding skills, help with identification or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Severn Estuary.

Cost: £175 (up to 15 people).

Please note that if the weather is fine and dry then the tour will take place in a purpose built trailer towed by our all-terrain vehicle. If it is wet - or has been wet in the few days preceding the event - then the safari will take place on foot.

Safaris are weather dependent and it is advisable to wear sturdy footwear and warm protective clothing especially during cold and/or wet days.

We have a lift installed in the trailer so that wheelchair users can go on safari. A few further adaptions with seats do need to be made to the trailer so please give notice when booking if you are wishing to take a wheelchair on the trailer.

The event will last approximately an hour and a half.

Admission to the visitor centre is not included with this event. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend that this experience is suitable for children aged 8 and above.
