Estuary Tower
A flock of 307 Wigeon were on the Dumbles scrape along with a pair of Oystercatcher. Several hundred Lapwing and Dunlin were feeding across floodwater from previous high tides, and another flock of 162 Wigeon were on the river. To the north at least 80 White-fronted Geese were in the Ox Piece this morning. Look north east from the hide, over hedge into next field.

Rushy Hide
Just 17 Bewick's Swans were on the pond this morning with 118 Pochard and 79 Tufted Duck. The full reserve count for Bewick's Swans today was 27 birds, suggesting another clear out overnight.

Robbie Garnett Hide
The Wigeon flock on the Tack Piece numbered 1228 birds this morning, also present were 37 Shoveler, 17 Ruff, 141 Curlew, 44 Redshank and a pair of Oystercatcher.

South Lake
The flock of 350+ Black-tailed Godwit were busy feeding in front of Hogarth Hide this morning, but regularly taking flight around the scrape before settling again.
