The meadows around our reserve are being cut this week as part of our reserve management plan. This may mean there's some disturbance around Wader Lake and saline lagoon. Thank you for your patience as we do this essential work.

Join us for a day of fun as we celebrate the 40th birthdays of some of our favourite pink feathered friends - the Chilean flamingos!

Enjoy a variety of flamingo-themed activities on this special one-day event, including:

Flamingo temporary tattoo station (10.30am - 11.30am)
Special flamingo talks (11.45am and 2.45pm)
Flamingo crafts (1pm - 2.30pm)
Creative table with flamingo-themed colouring and birthday message wishing line (all day)

This day is all about the pink, so why not get absorbed in the day and wear your best and brightest pink clothes! Plus, treat yourself to a flamingo cupcake from the café or a variety of flamingo goodies from the gift shop!
