Holiday hours at Arundel Wetland Centre
Arundel Wetland Centre is open every day in December, except for Christmas Day, to allow visitors to enjoy vibrant family days out or peaceful moments, away from the hustle and bustle, this holiday season.
For Christmas Eve December 24 we are closing at bit earlier - at 2 pm - to allow our staff ample time to get home to family and friends to celebrate Christmas Day.
Our gift shop and the Water’s Edge Café are open every day except Christmas Day, too. The gift shop is open until 2 pm on Christmas Eve to buy any last minute stocking stuffers (WWT Membership also makes a great gift!). Check out our Winter Sale for seasonal sales on great gifts. The sale started December 1st.
The Water’s Edge Café will close at 1.30 pm on Christmas Eve and is open on the days our visitor centre is open. Try new treats like Billionaire shortbread from Cakesmiths, Teapig's festive teas or a gingerbread shot in your latte!
The boat safaris will run every day until 3 pm but the last boat on Christmas Eve departs at 1.30 pm, due to early closing. The Pelican Keeper talk is also at 1.30 pm on Christmas Eve.
Connect with nature this holiday when you pop in to see your favourite Dalmatian pelicans, visit the hides in search of perching kingfishers or search the skies for marsh harriers arriving in the late afternoon. Thanks for supporting WWT through your visits this year.
