Latest Sightings - 21st December - foggy start, Great Egret returns!
It's another foggy morning on the reserve with visibility very limited at the moment.
After going missing for a while the Great Egret was seen in its usual spot on the merse in front of the Saltcot Merse Observatory yesterday.
Goose numbers had increased after the ground had thawed out with 8840 around the site yesterday, a whopping 4040 in just one field on the reserve!
