Recent Sightings
Sightings from the 15th September have included:
- 29,750 Brent Geese were spotted back on the Lough.
- Main Lake – 14 Pintails, 2 Teal, 1 Heron, 1 Cormorant, 10 Black Tailed Godwits, 60 Greylags, 3 Shoveler, 3 Little Egrets, 1 Kingfisher, 160 Mallards, 32 Tufted Ducks, 1 Greenshank and 14 Redshanks.
- Limstone Lake – 1 Little Grebe.
- Small Birds – a Chiffchaff was spotted in the Sustainable Garden and 3 Wheatears were spotted over the Peninsula Salt Marsh.
