Recent Sightings

Sightings from the 17^th November have included:

• 300 Brent Geese outside Brent Hide.
• 307 Whooper Swans on Estuary.
• Main Lake – 1 Cormorant, 2 Little Egrets, 33 Greylag Geese, 36 Tufted Ducks, 1 Heron, 2 Gadwalls and 2 Mute Swans.
• Kingfisher showing on Fresh Water Lagoon with 2 Little Grebes.
• Peninsula Salt Marsh – 1 Grey Plover, 5 Redshanks, 1 Dunlin, 2 Turnstones, 1 Little Egret and 1 Lapwing.
• Wader Marsh – 1 Heron, 1 Greenshank, 1 Redshank and a Curlew.
• Twite seen around the reserve.
