Recent Sightings

Sightings from the 24^th November have included:

• Brent and Shelduck can be seen from the Brent Hide, along with 100 Whooper Swans on the Estuary.
• Wader Marsh – 2 Greenshanks, 5 Redshanks, 1 Curlew, 11 Gadwalls and 1 Heron.
• Kingfisher seen on the Saline Lagoon.
• Saline Lagoon – 20 Oystercatchers, 2 Little Grebes, 7 Little Egrets, 1 Greenshank and 2 Redshanks.
• Main Lake – 96 Mallard, 42 Tufted Ducks, 5 Gadwalls, 1 Heron and 1 Little Egret.
• Flocks of Starlings can be seen at dusk.
• Long-tailed tits outside the Brent Hide.
• Peninsula Salt Marsh – 3 Redshanks, 15 Curlew and 12 Oystercatchers.
