This morning has started with a horrible mist and very fine rain, making veiwing long distances a little bit tricky. Therefore, I cannot even guess to how many Barnalce Geese are on the reserve today. Over the last few days counts have been low with a max count of 5k, in these conditions the geese tend to stay on the Saltmarsh throughout the day and dont often venture to far, so the best bet if you want to see geese today is the Saltcot Merse Observatory.
