Whats new!

Morning everyone,

Just a quick update on whats happening here at WWT Martin Mere this week. It is officially autumn on the reserve as pink footed geese numbers have reached at least 15000. We have also named our three baby girl otters, Belle, Flick and Penny. Penny is named after Victoria Pendleton. This was a competition in the Guardain to name an otter after a favouite olympian.

We are holding two one day photography workshops on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 November. The workshops will be held by Ben Osborne is the official  photographer for the BBC programme planet earth. It will cost £100 per person.

We are also proud to annouce, we have achieved a trip advisor rating of four and a half stars and have been awarded with a certificate of excellence.
