Will you dare to put your hand in a snake box, grab a photo op with a bat or get up close and personal with a toad? It’s part of a weirdly wild day out for the whole family. From the feathered and furred to the slimy and scaly, there are some truly weird and wonderful creatures that call the wetlands home.
As well as eek! week visitors can pick up the autumn Drawn to Water trail to experience wetlands through the drawings of the UK’s favourite illustrator, Quentin Blake.
