Sound Relaxation for Teens

Designed especially for teens, this sound relaxation experience offers the chance to escape the screens and unwind in a calming environment.

Find a comfortable spot to lie down or sit and listen to the calming sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion. Let the soothing vibrations help you clear your mind, and feel refreshed - just like a reset button for your body and mind.

Who is this for?

Perfect for teens aged 13+ who want to switch off from screens, escape daily stresses, or explore new ways to relax and recharge. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open mind!

This is a gently guided session in a welcoming and sensory-friendly space, making it accessible for anyone who enjoys a soothing, low-pressure environment.

All teens must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Adults are also welcome to participate.

What do I need?

Mats will be provided but bring a cushion and blanket for extra comfort.

Tickets to this event do not include general admission to WWT Castle Espie. If you would like to explore the reserve beyond the visitor centre, make sure to book admission tickets online, or pay on the day at reception.

• This experience is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy.
