All tickets booked in advance online are automatically covered by the Rainy Day Guarantee.
On the day of your visit, should two hours of continuous rain dampen spirits, the Duty Manager, who monitors the weather during adverse conditions, will declare the day as an eligible date for the Rainy Day Guarantee.

You will need to keep your booking confirmation details to validate your free return visit.
To arrange your free return visit, please email info.llanelli@wwt.org.uk quoting your original booking reference. We will then check that your initial visit fell on a declared rainy day and issue you with a code for your complimentary return visit.
This offer will apply if:
- it rains continuously for 2 hours or more on the day of your visit; and

your original ticket was booked online in advance.

The WWT Llanelli Duty Manager’s decision on whether the Rainy Day Guarantee applies will be final.

If the Duty Manager has declared the day eligible, you will be entitled to a return visit on another day (excluding Bank Holidays) without additional charge.

Return Tickets can only be exchanged for the same original ticket type (i.e. an Adult ticket for an Adult ticket)

The Rainy Day Guarantee only applies to online advance bookings made at least 24 hours before the date of the visit (i.e. a booking for Saturday made by midnight Thursday). It does not apply to tickets purchased on arrival or to online bookings made on the day of the visit or the preceding day.

The Rainy Day Guarantee is valid between 20th July and 1st September 2024 inclusive.

Return Tickets are valid for use until 31st December 2024 and can only be used at WWT Llanelli.

To claim your Return Tickets, go to Add link to check if your initial visit fell on a Rainy Day and if so, email info.llanelli@wwt.org.uk quoting your original order reference number to obtain a code for your return visit. Please note that we aim to respond to your email within 72 hours.

Your complimentary return tickets will NOT be covered by the Rainy Day Guarantee.

The date of your original tickets must be on an eligible Rainy Day as listed here.

No cash alternative is available and no tickets can be re-sold or exchanged.

The Rainy Day Guarantee only applies to your admissions fee and does not apply to special events, such as Canoe Safari, Golf Buggy or any other additional paid-for activities.

WWT Llanelli has the right to refuse entry and withdraw the Rainy Day Guarantee offer at any time.

This offer is available on tickets purchased through the WWT Llanelli website, and is not applicable to school or groups, or tickets purchased through a partner discounted ticket and third party websites.
