At WWT, we recognise that nature is for
everyone and nature needs everyone.
It is totally unacceptable that some
demographic and social groups enjoy more
of the benefits of a healthy environment.
So, creating equitable access to nature
for BAME communities, for example, is a
matter of social justice.
We also know that conservationists
need to do more to reach out to different
communities to inspire the next generation
to enjoy and care for nature.
